Cohen R. Simpson is a Doctoral Candidate in Social Research Methods at the London School of Economics & Political Science. Broadly, his research interests lie with strategic decision making relative to network structure and computational approaches to social inquiry. Themes of his doctoral research include the multi-layered nature of socio-economic systems (i.e., multiplexity) and mutualistic models of inter-organisational interaction. Methodologically, his interests lie with stochastic models of networks and their utility in explaining system emergence. Prior to joining the LSE, he completed a MSc in Social Science of the Internet at the University of Oxford as a Clarendon Scholar.
