Courtney Pedersen is a Senior Lecturer in Visual Arts at QUT. She has been the Academic Program Director for the School of Creative Practice and the Head of Discipline for Visual Arts. She completed a BFA in photography at the Victorian College of the Arts in 1993 and her PhD in visual arts at QUT in 2005. Her research includes investigations of gender, creative practice-led research, and visual arts pedagogy.
