Dana L. Ott

Dr Dana L. Ott is a Lecturer in International Management at the Otago Business School - University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand. She earned her PhD in International Business at The University of Auckland Business School. Her research interests lie in the areas of International Management and International Human Resource Management. In particular, she examines cultural intelligence, international experiences, global mobility, and talent management. She has published in the International Journal of Management Reviews, Journal of Global Mobility, critical perspectives on international business, and European Journal of International Management, among others. She has also co-authored Talent Management in Small Advanced Economies (Emerald).
