Daniel Wintersberger

Lecturer in Human Resource Management, University of Birmingham

Daniel Wintersberger joined Birmingham Business School as a teaching fellow in 2014 and became a lecturer in 2018. Before joining the school, he held teaching posts at Cardiff and Swansea University and worked as a pay and reward specialist with the British Airline Pilots’ Association.

Daniel's doctoral research (funded by the International Transport Workers’ Federation and supervised by Prof Geraint Harvey - Swansea) examined the impact of the low cost model on Work, Employment and Trade Union Representation in the Indian and Brazilian Civil Aviation Industry. He currently serves as the Brazil lead for the College of Social Sciences and teaches on the MSc International Business, BSc Accounting & Finance, as well as the full time and executive MBA programmes in Birmingham and Singapore.
