I am a Lecturer in Psychology at Goldsmiths, University of London. Before that I was a researcher funded by the Leverhulme Trust (2017-19) and PhD student funded by the ESRC (2014-17) at Birkbeck, University of London, where I remain an Honorary Research Fellow. Research in our lab uses a combination of techniques from experimental psychology and cognitive neuroscience to study how our brains build models of ourselves and the world around us, and how these models shape our perceptions, actions and decisions.
