Daniela Ceccarelli

Dr. Daniela Ceccarelli is a reef fish ecologist with the Long Term Monitoring Program at the Australian Institute of Marine Science. She completed a PhD in coral reef ecology at James Cook University in 2004, and has spent most of her working life as a freelance consultant. Her projects included field ecology in Tonga, Tuvalu, the Marshall Islands, the Great Barrier Reef, Papua New Guinea, and remote reefs of northwest WA and the Coral Sea, involving field surveys, monitoring programs, data analysis, reporting, teaching, marine protected area research, marine spatial planning, literature reviews and management recommendations.
