David Crundall

I am a Professor of Psychology at Nottingham Trent University. I specialise in applied cognitive psychology, particularly in traffic and transport psychology. Research topics include visual search, attention, distraction, hazard perception, and many other driving-related research topics.

I was previously the Director of NITES (the Nottingham Integrated Transport and Environmental Simulation facility) and co-director of the Accident Research Unit, based within the School of Psychology at the University of Nottingham. I still maintain strong collaborative links with UoN.
