Researcher - The Psychology of Executive Pay, University of Huddersfield

David is a business psychologist whose professional experience spans senior executive search, executive assessment and learning and development. He has extensive experience consulting with a range of organisations, including privately held companies, private equity-backed start-ups and PLCs, both in the U.K. and South East Asia.

He is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Huddersfield where his research interests focus on the psychology of executive pay.

David holds British Psychological Society qualifications in Occupational Testing, and is accredited assessor on a range of established psychometric instruments. He holds honours degrees in both Environmental Analysis and Psychology, a Masters degree in Investigative Psychology and an MBA in Finance.

He is a Principal Practioner member of the Association for Business Psychology.
