David Freudenberger

Senior Lecturer Environmental Management, Australian National University

David Freudenberger’s extensive research has included managing grazing pressure in rangelands, the impact of landscape fragmentation and habitat loss on woodland bird assemblages, the ecosystem services derived from native plantings, and the effectiveness and cost of various revegetation technologies, carbon sequestration measurement and modelling,. His current focus is on applied restoration practice and management of grazed landscapes, particularly with regard to enhancing species diversity and carbon sequestration.
