Professor in Immunology and Infectious Diseases, Australian National University

I am an experimental scientist with research expertise with viruses and the immune system. I am particularly interested in understanding how viruses cause disease and how our immune system recognises and fights infection. I have also worked with virus-based vaccine platforms, both in terms of how to design and make these types of vaccines and how they generate immune protection.
