Dawson Cooke is a clinical psychologist in private practice and a fatherhood researcher. He is currently a post-doctoral research fellow at Curtin University, researching early parental empathy and mindfulness with mothers and fathers from the Peel Child Health Study. Dawson has worked with parents, and particularly fathers for over 15 years – providing counselling, parenting workshops and professional development in Father Inclusive Practice.
