I am an artist, psychologist and academic. I also identify as a woman with a disability. My first PhD was in Psychology on the topic of Dehumanisation. As a psychologist in the field I have worked in the area of disability and in the Corrective Services. Since 1999 I have lectured on the subject of Inequality and Human Rights. I am currently completing my second PhD in Visual Arts focussing upon defining the Disability Aesthetic through the representation of the female dwarf.
