Delphin R. Ntanyoma

Visiting Researcher, University of Leeds

Delphin Rukumbuzi Ntanyoma is currently a visiting researcher at the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom. He was previously a visiting researcher at the Institute of Social Studies (ISS). He holds a PhD from the Erasmus University Rotterdam/Institute of Social Studies (ISS). His research in South Kivu and North Kivu focuses on micro-level analysis of violent conflict with an interest in understanding violence targeting minority groups in the digital age. He runs a blog (The Eastern Congo Tribune: www.easterncongotribune.com) and is the author of abook published by L'Harmattan, “Behind the Scenes of ‘Banyamulenge Military’: Momentum, Myth, and Extinction”.
