Dominique Moritz

Dominique is a Senior Lecturer and Deputy Head of School (Learning and Teaching) for the School of Law and Society. Her research expertise is the law related to children’s decision-making including consent and capacity. Her knowledge broadly encompasses criminal law, health law and regulatory concepts related to children with a particular interest in child sexual abuse material criminalisation.
