Dr Donna Green was recruited from CSIRO to be a founding member of the University of New South Wales’ Climate Change Research Centre, where she works on energy policy and climate change impacts.

She is a fellow at the Centre for Policy Development, Sydney http://cpd.org.au

She co-authored 'Screw Light Bulbs: smarter ways to save Australians time and money', a popular science book on energy and climate policy.

She was a contributing author to the fourth and fifth Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change reports (2007, 2014), and has advised on climate policy around the world.
