Canada Research Chair in Occupational Health Psychology and Professor of Psychology, Saint Mary’s University

I hold a PhD in Organizational Psychology and have taught at both the University of Guelph (1991-1999) and Saint Mary's University (1999-Present). An active researcher I have published over 200 articles and book chapters and authored/edited 14 books. I am a Fellow of the Association for Psychological Science, the Canadian Psychological Association, the International Association for Applied Psychology and the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I served as President of the Canadian Psychological Association in 2016. I do public speaking and have an active consulting practice focussed on leadership, occupational health psychology and human resource management.
