Edwin is a Research Fellow at the Child and Community Wellbeing Unit, Melbourne School of Population and Global Health, University of Melbourne, and a Research Assistant at the Burnet Institute, both based in Melbourne, Australia. He is also a Consultant with the WHO European Office for the Prevention and Control of NCDs, Moscow, Russian Federation.

He holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Melbourne, with particular skillsets and interests in prevention and control of noncommunicable diseases, commercial and social determinants of health, and advocacy & activism.
