Elissar Toufaily

Enseignante Chercheuse en marketing digital, Pôle Léonard de Vinci

I am currently an Associate Professor of Digital Marketing at De Vinci Higher Education. I have previous experience in teaching and research at the American University in Dubai (UAE) and University Laval in Quebec-Canada. With a Ph.D. and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Quebec in Montreal, and an M.Sc. in finance, I have a background in digital marketing, financial services marketing, and relationship marketing. My research papers and interests focus on the adoption of innovations, consumer trust in the case of technology- mediated- transactions, e-service quality in the services industries and on the impact of disintermediation, decentralization and digitization (Web 3) of economic transactions on consumers and organizations. I have published dozens of scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings and research papers and have received different research grants and awards. I have supervised a dozen of M.Sc. thesis and MBA essays on a variety of topics related to marketing in the digital economy.
