Elke Peters

Professor Elke Peters is head of the research group Language, Education, and Society at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Leuven (KU Leuven).
Her research expertise is second language acquisition in formal and informal learning settings with a specific interest in vocabulary acquisition and the role of input in language learning. She is also the editor of the journal "ITL-International Journal of Applied Linguistics".
