Associate Professor, Politics and International Studies, University of Regina

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Women's Studies (University of Winnipeg), Masters of Public Administration (University of Manitoba), and a PhD in Native Studies (University of Manitoba). I worked for several years in differing orders of government including the Manitoba Legislative Assembly, Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs, and City of Regina. In addition to my experience working in politics, I have also held several leadership roles related to Indigenous peoples and decolonial movements. This includes my role as the Research-Curator of Indigenous Content at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights (Winnipeg, Manitoba), the Executive Lead, Indigenization (University of Regina), and Indigenous Research Lead (University of Regina).
