I am the author of the book "This Is Our Message: Women's Leadership in the New Christian Right" (Oxford University Press, 2019). My research focuses women's roles in the modern religious right, with particular emphasis on their leadership as the movement developed in the 1970s and 1980s. My writing - on history, politics, and popular culture - has been featured in Religion & Politics and the Washington Post.
