I have studied Sociology and Social Anthropology and I am currently a PhD student at the Open University, interested in issues of irregular migration, racism and forms of visible/invisible violence. I have worked as an aid worker in detention centres for irregular migrants mainly in Lesvos Island (Greece) but also in other regions in Greece.
