I am a Senior Lecturer in Applied Linguistics and TESOL in the Centre for Applied Research and Outreach in Language Education, at the University of Greenwich (London). My research explores identity, motivation and engagement in language learning and teaching. I have worked with thousands of participants from the UK, Bulgaria, Germany, the Netherlands, Romania and Spain.
