Frances Voon

Frances is Executive Manager at the Andrew & Renata Kaldor Centre for International Refugee Law. She previously worked at the UNHCR Policy Development and Evaluation Service in Geneva, and worked for several years in refugee operations in Bangladesh, Jordan and South Sudan with UNHCR, Jesuit Refugee Service and the World Food Programme. She completed an MPhil in Development Studies at the University of Oxford as a John Monash Scholar. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and a Bachelor of Laws from UNSW.
