Frank Clayton

Am a Senior Research Fellow at Toronto Metropolitan University's (formerly Ryerson) Centre for Urban Research and Land Development, which I helped establish.
Worked with statistical data and conducted housing research and policy analysis with Statistics Canada and CMHC. Established and was President of Clayton Research Associates, an economic consultancy specializing in urban and real estate issues for 35 years.
I am a member of Lambda Alpha International, honorary land economics society, Ontario Expropriation Association, and Urban Land Institute (ULI),
