Biological anthropologist, University of Colorado Boulder

Dr. Cuozzo earned his doctorate in Biological Anthropology at The University of Colorado-Boulder in 2000. He has taught at numerous institutions in the US and has more than two decades of field research experience. His research includes: primate and mammalian systematics, paleontology, evolution and ecology; dental ecology; primate tooth wear and variation; and most recently the impact of human actions on primate and community conservation. Dr. Cuozzo has authored or coauthored over 60 peer-reviewed publications and his work has been funded by the US National Science Foundation (twice) and numerous other organizations and foundations.
