For the past 14 years, I have run a research laboratory at the University of Southern California working on the development and regeneration of the head skeleton. I am a full professor and run the PhD Program in Development, Stem Cells, and Regenerative Medicine. My lab has particular expertise in using the zebrafish as a vertebrate model for human genetic diseases.
