Gemma Scammell

I am currently a Doctoral Researcher at Cardiff Metropolitan University looking at the use of space in Haruki Murakami novels. My research engages with Foucault's heterotopology and aspects of human geography. I have presented aspects of my research at international conferences and guest lectured at multiple University's. I teach Dystopian Literature and Young Adult fiction at Cardiff University's Centre for Lifelong Learning. I have a forthcoming publication on the engagement of ecofeminism in contemporary literature.
