Gitanjali manages and teaches into a nation-wide professional development capacity building project for Sustainability Champions funded by the former Department of Industry, Innovation, Climate Change, Science, Research and Tertiary Education. The program builds the capacity of in excess of 160 VET practitioners and their organisations to customise their industry training with relevant sustainability skills and knowledge to transition towards a low carbon future.

She has extensive international experience in Education for Sustainable Development and capacity building working with UNDP, IUCN and LEAD International UK for many years.
