Lecturer, Centre for Public Health & Policy, Queen Mary University of London

I am a social scientist in the Global Public Health Unit at the Centre for Public Health & Policy at the Wolfson Institute of Population Health, Queen Mary University of London. I have a background in medical social science and specifically in the area of sexual and reproductive health, rights and justice. I conduct research in this area but also work with civil society and multilateral organisations. My recent work explores how climate change and other environmental crises relate to sexual and reproductive rights, justice and politics. I also have an interest in adolescent health and wellbeing and currently lead on a project related to young people and violence. I am a visiting scholar at the University of Cambridge, Reproductive Sociology group during 2022.
