Henry Pearce

Henry is a senior lecturer in law at the University of Portsmouth, and is the deputy editor for Computer Law & Security Review (CLSR) an international journal of technology and law and practice, providing a major platform for publication of high quality research, policy and legal analysis within the field of IT law and computer security.

Henry’s research primarily focuses on data protection law and policy, and has published a number of articles in the field. He is also interested in IT law, media law, and the interplay between law and emerging technologies more generally.
