Health Economist, Imperial College London

Dr Hiral Anil Shah is a health economist interested in assessing the mechanisms and impacts of upstream drivers or interventions and their potential downstream impacts on human health, in particular looking at cost-effectiveness. He is currently employed as a Senior Manager, Value Evidence & Outcomes, Global Vaccines Team within the GSK group of companies.

Dr Shah hold a PhD in Infectious Disease Epidemiology, Economics and Ecology from Imperial College London, an MSc in Public Health (Health Economics) from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) and a BSc in Applied Chemistry from Aston University.

Dr Shah has also previously held positions at the Center for Global Development, Imperial College London, National Institute for Health and Care Excellence, Public Health Foundation of India and Bupa Health & Wellbeing.
