Ian Murray is an Associate Professor in the Law School at the University of Western Australia. His research focuses on legal research, taxation law and also the intersection between not-for-profit law, tax and corporate governance. He is currently investigating the intergenerational issues raised by the accumulation of assets by charities, as well as what it means to act in the best interests of a charity.
