PhD student in Dolphin Behaviour and Welfare, Université Sorbonne Paris Nord

Originally from the UK, I have a BSc in Animal Behaviour and Welfare, a Masters in Marine Mammal Science from the University of Miami, and am near to completing a PhD in collaboration with Parc Asterix and the Laboratoire d'Ethologie Expérimentale et Comparée at Université Paris 13. My current goal is to establish objective measures of dolphin welfare, allowing me to combine my knowledge and experience in marine science with animal behaviour and welfare. I am interested in the applications of dolphin welfare research and how the results can be disseminated to the public, and equally am investigating the utility of welfare measures for wild populations.
