J Albert Cao

Dr Albert Cao joined the Department of Real Estate and Construction at Oxford Brookes University as Senior Lecturer in February 2002. He lectured at Sun Yat-sen University in China before coming to the UK to study for his PhD. He has vast research experience on the property market and urban development in China. Dr Cao has carried out several funded research projects on China and successfully supervised a PhD student. He has acted as both internal and external examiner for PhD students.

Dr Cao is writing a book on China’s real estate market to be published by Taylor and Francis.
