I'm currently a PhD candidate at MIT Sloan School of Management broadly interested in the sources and impact of startups on the US economy.

My research is at the intersection of entrepreneurship, strategy, and labor economics. Using startup mergers and acquisitions as an empirical setting, I study the role of human capital on the formation and competitive advantage of new ventures.
