Jawad Syed, PhD, is director of Global Centre for Equality and Human Rights. He is Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Leadership at the Suleman Dawood School of Business, Lahore University of Management Sciences. His main academic interests include gender, race and diversity in organisations, business ethics, international human resource management, and organisational knowledge.
