Jennifer Mayo is an Assistant Professor in the Truman School of Government and Public Affairs and the Department of Economics at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Her research focuses on issues in public finance, with a particular interest in the nonprofit sector. Recent work has examined the impact of charity ratings, as well as the long-run distribution of philanthropy. Her research has been published in journals such as the Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization and Fiscal Studies. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Michigan.
