Jennifer is the founding director of Psynapse Psychometrics and an Honorary Fellow in the area of corporate diversity at the Melbourne Business School. Jennifer combines a depth of research expertise and organisational experience to provide evidence-based organisational change and leadership development programs. Her work focuses on helping organisations to realise the business performance benefits of organisational diversity and inclusion.
Jennifer is also an active thought leader and a regular contributor to industry forums, events, media, and public debate, including engagements with The Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA), the Diversity Council of Australia (DCA) and the 100% Project.
