Jennifer Wilson

I have been working in sport and fitness for a number of years, and have an extensive background in delivering in an elite and recreational sport setting as a Sport Therapist and Strength and Conditioning Coach.

As a Senior Lecturer for University of Derby, I contribute to modules on the Sport Therapy programme specifically focussing on exercise prescription. In addition, I am a trustee for the FiiT for Life programme, which seeks to provide funded physical activity to individuals with chronic disease. More recently, my research and professional interests lie in exercise rehabilitation and reducing injury/disease risk.
