Jenny Chesters

Associate Professor Jenny Chesters completed her PhD in 2009 at the University of Queensland. She is currently employed by the Melbourne Graduate School of Education. Her research interests include transitions between education and employment throughout the life course. She is a CI on the ARC-funded Life Patterns research project

She has extensive experience conducting analyses of survey data, both cross-sectional and longitudinal, as well as mixed methods data. Jenny has published in both national and international peer-reviewed journals.

Jenny is an active member of The Australian Sociological Association (TASA) and the International Sociological Association (ISA).
