I am interested in the evolution of life history and behavioural traits of birds. I focus on (1) the evolutionary origin and dissimilarities of migration in raptors and passerines, (2) the evolution of cooperative breeding systems, and (3) the effect of climate on the evolution of life history traits in birds.
Furthermore, I am also familiar with different statistical approaches (including phylogenetic comparative methods) in analysing and visualizing data.
