Joanna Henryks is Assistant Professor of Advertising and Marketing Communications at the University of Canberra. Her research interests focus on sustainable food and how it can relate to transformative consumer behaviour. Joanna’s current food projects include: organic food; school kitchen gardens; farmers’ markets; agricultural shows and local food.
