My current teaching responsibilities include teaching across all years of the Business Management Degree with module leadership for the core Personal Development and Skills based modules. Additionally I have a personal tutor role supporting students across their university journey. Other teaching includes Resourcing and Talent Management across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes including the CIPD PG Cert.

Prior to my role at Huddersfield, I have previously managed a HEFCE funded Employer Engagement Project to support Universities in working closely with commercial businesses. I have also undertaken research to investigate the nature and incidence of undergraduate’s part-time employment leading to the introduction of work-based learning modules on undergraduate programmes. Part of the work also resulted in developing progression to HE from non-traditional and work-based routes, engaging with employers to provide credited and non-credited courses.
