Jonathan Jackson

Jonathan has been working within teaching and learning for 11 years at a number of institutions and providers. His academic studies began at Northumbria University, where he graduated with both a BSc Criminology and MSc Homeland Security.

Prior to taking on a role at Birmingham City University, Jonathan's previous experience involved working in custodial environments before making the transition into mainstream education.

Jonathan continues to work closely with local and national police forces, the military and prison service on a number of research projects and as a critical friend.
