An anthropologist with extensive fieldwork experience in South Africa, I have focussed on a wide range of issues, including generational and gender relations, AIDS, witchcraft, and for the past ten years, HIV prevention clinical technologies and trials. I teach anthropology at an undergraduate and post graduate level.
