Jude Mary Cénat

Dr. Jude Mary Cénat obtained his master’s degree from Université Toulouse II and his Ph.D. in psychology (psychopathology and clinical psychology) from Université Lumière Lyon 2 in 2014. In May 2014 he joined the Team on Interpersonal Traumas, funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), at Université du Quebec à Montréal as postdoctoral fellow. His research interests include interpersonal traumas including cybervictimization, and posttraumatic stress following natural disasters. His research program explores factors associated with vulnerability and resilience in children and adolescents with a specific interest in cultural factors that may influence outcomes in vulnerable youth. Dr. Cénat is an affiliate member of the Psychopathology and Clinical Psychology Research Center at Université Lumière Lyon 2 and a postdoctoral member of the Interdisciplinary Research Centre on Intimate Relationship Problems and Sexual Abuse (CRIPCAS) in Québec.
