Julie Pernaudet

Research Associate in Economics, University of Chicago

Julie Pernaudet is a Research Associate in Economics at the University of Chicago. She received her Ph.D. in Economics from Ecole Polytechnique, France, in 2018. In her research, she analyzes human capital formation and uses insights from behavioral economics to identify actionable tools to reduce inequalities in health and education.

At the University of Chicago, she works with the TMW Center for Early Learning + Public Health where she focuses on early childhood education and uses experimental methods to explore the determinants of parental decision-making and better understand how to improve children's trajectories.
