Dr Julie Robson is Associate Professor Marketing at Bournemouth University. Her expertise is in financial services marketing, particularly general insurance. Julie’s current research is on corporate branding and trust repair. She has published in internationally recognised journals; delivered keynote talks at international conferences; is on the editorial board of two financial services journals (IJBM and JFSM); and guest edited special issues on insurance marketing. Julie is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner, member of the Professional Standards Committee of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII); and advises the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA) on their qualification framework. Her work in the insurance industry was recognized with the prestigious CII President's Award in 2016.
