Jürgen Kurtz

Dr Jurgen Kurtz is an Associate Professor at the University of Melbourne Law School and directs the International Investment Law Research Programme of the Law School's Institute for International Law and the Humanities.

He is the convenor of the General Course on International Investment Law at the Academy of International Trade and Investment Law in Macau and has acted as an expert consultant on international investment law for the World Bank and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development.
